FIBROMYALGIA? CFS? LUPUS? JUST TIRED?
People suffering from Fibromyalgia generally have a deficiency of Magnesium four times more often than the general population (which by the way, of the population 72% is deficient in this mineral). Insufficient magnesium causes an increase in a body chemical called substance P, which is responsible for pain perception. In other words, you will hurt more if you don’t have enough magnesium. (Fibromyalgia sufferers have on average three times more Substance P than normal.)
If any kind of carbonated soda is consumed, that leaches both Calcium and Magnesium, so not just Fibro patients need it replaced, buy pretty much everyone.
Fibro and CFS patients lack oxygen in their muscles, and so need B12 to carry that oxygen. In order for vitamin B12 to work correctly, it needs other vitamins, which need other vitamins. So, a multi vitamin is absolutely necessary.
So, what I’m saying, for this condition, and conditions like it (Chronic Fatigue, Lupus and yes ADHD) supplementation is ABSOLUTELY necessary!!! I mean I get it, I can talk from experience. I came out of 13 years suffering with Chronic Fatigue/Epstein Barr.
After a multi year search for something that worked and tasted great, well, I found it. It works, and it’s amazing. It’s altered my life, the lives around me and helped my own children. Please, Please- If you or a loved one is suffering from a health issue, call me. (989) 585-5421 I’m Jen
I got into this profession to help, I have a real soft spot for anybody suffering. Maybe because I was in pretty rough shape for so long myself. And helping it naturally without drugs, it’s worth a shot.

Biometics for Diabetics
Recently, I've received inquiries about Biometics for Diabetics. Yes, it is good. Yes, there have been many cases where the people saw lowered sugar. Yes, the carbs in the product may at first glance look too high, but consider, what is actually in the product? Is it a product with these "empty" carbs that will do nothing to actually lower your sugar in the long run? Or does it have componants that counteract high sugar levels? To explain, I've included some company articles complet with refrences to perhaps expound on this in a way I couldn't.

VITAMIN E MAY OFFER HEART HEALTH FOR DIABETICS
Vitamin E May Offer Heart Health for Diabetics
According to the American Diabetes Association, “there are 20.8 million children and adults in the United States, or 7% of the population, who have diabetes.” Diabetes patients face many concerns, including an increased risk of complications from other diseases, including heart disease and circulatory problems.
Although diabetics are generally cautious about what foods they consume and supplements they take, they may want to consider taking vitamin E supplements to support their heart health. A recent, small study suggests vitamin E supplements may reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease.
In this study, 24 men and 13 women received vitamin E supplements (500 IU) daily for 10 weeks, and then took no supplements for 20 weeks of follow up. During this time, the participants had blood tests, which showed that at the 10 week mark, several blood markers (PAI-, VCAM-1 and ICAM 1), which are indicators of cardiovascular disease, decreased significantly. The blood tests also showed that during the 20 weeks of follow up, after the participants stopped taking the vitamin E supplements, the markers of cardiovascular disease remained low, and only slowly returned to their original level. This suggests that supplementing with vitamin E offered some extended benefits, even after the participants stopped taking the supplements.
Though this study was extremely small and limited, it should lead to larger and more intensive studies soon. Hopefully, vitamin E will soon be able to add another checkmark to its abilities: heart health for diabetics.

OMEGA-3 OFFERS MANY HEALTH BENEFITS FOR DIABETICS
Omega-3 Offers Many Health Benefits For Diabetics
A new report suggests that diabetics may be able to lose body fat by supplementing with Omega-3 fatty acids, and improve their cardiovascular health at the same time.
This new study, published in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, involved twenty-seven women with type-2 diabetes, but no signs of high triglyceride levels (a risk factor for heart disease). For two months the women took either a placebo pill or a fish oil supplement containing 1.8 grams of omega-3.
The data show no changes in the women’s “insulin sensitivity,” indicating both the placebo group and the omega-3 group had no changes in how their bodies process insulin. However, at the end of the study, the women taking the omega-3 had “significant reductions in total fat mass and the diameter of fat cells beneath the surface of the skin (subcutaneous adipocytes).” In addition, the women in the omega-3 group had lower risk factors for plaque formation in the arteries, and lower ratios of HDL (“good”) to LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. The researchers say these benefits indicate that the omega-3 supplementation offered the women “considerable cardiovascular benefits.”
Omega-3 fatty acids are most commonly linked to heart health and reducing cholesterol levels. This study showed that the cardiovascular benefits of omega-3 supplementation carry over even to patients with type-2 diabetes. This is very positive news for diabetes patients, because diabetes places them at increased risk of complications from other diseases, including heart disease and circulatory problems. The data from this study suggest that diabetes patients can experience many health benefits with omega-3 supplementation, while the supplements do not impact their insulin balance. More research is sure to follow.

VITAMIN B1 FOR DIABETICS
Vitamin B1 for Diabetics
People with diabetes are cautioned that they are at increased risk for problems with their circulation. Now a new report suggests supplementing with vitamin B1 (also known as thiamine) can increase the health of their circulatory system.
Researchers determined that a previous test for vitamin B1 deficiency in diabetics was not reliable. They used a different test and studied not just whole blood, but also red blood cells and urine content to determine if the study participants were deficient in B1. The participants were made up of 74 people with diabetes (26 of them had type I and 48 had type II diabetes), and 20 people without diabetes who were the control group.
The researchers found that 76 percent of the group with type I diabetes and 75 percent of the group with type II diabetes had levels of vitamin B1 that were below normal. The researchers point out that because vitamin B1 is involved in the proper functioning of the heart, the deficiency of vitamin B1 makes the cells that make up the blood vessels and other parts of the circulatory system more fragile and more susceptible to the effects of poor insulin control. This fragility of cells in the circulatory system can increase other complications of diabetes, like increasing the risk of atherosclerosis (inflammation of the artery walls).
The second part of this clinical study is already under way, to test if supplements of vitamin B1 has long-term benefits for diabetics and prevents the complications to the circulatory system. The researchers are very hopeful that the news will be positive.

ANTI-DIABETIC BENEFITS OF ALOE PLUS
Aloe Plus: Surprising Anti-Diabetic BenefitsDiabetes was the sixth leading cause of death in the United States for 2000 and approximately 18.2 million Americans suffer from diabetes. It may be related to a number of health concerns including heart disease, stroke and obesity. And, adult-onset diabetes is growing at an alarming rate. New research proves that a potential anti-diabetic supplement may come from an powerful source- aloe. Anti-diabetic benefits can now be added to aloe’s long list of health benefits because multiple recent studies have shown the plant-derived liquid to be effective in a number of areas related to diabetes. In a recent study, diabetic patients were given 15 ml of either aloe or a placebo twice a day for 42 days. At the end of the study, those who were treated with aloe had decreased blood sugar levels by an average of 43 percent and blood triglycerides levels were decreased by 44 percent. There were no side effects, no change in weight and no change in appetite.According to the researchers, positive benefits could be seen after only the second week of aloe treatment. Along with the decrease in blood sugar and triglycerides, patients also reported less chest pains and improvement in their cardiovascular health. After three months, the blood lipid profile of patients taking aloe also improved. This study concluded that aloe had a “definite role in the prevention and management of heart problems related to diabetes and in controlling the blood sugar level in diabetic patients. In a second study, similar results were reported. Those treated with aloe had a 48 percent decrease in blood sugar levels and a 52 percent decrease in triglycerides. General recommendations for aloe vary and more research is needed to confirm the proper dose for controlling blood sugar levels, however the active component that could contribute to diabetic health has been identified as aloe polysaccharides. Other studies have confirmed beneficial effects of aloe on the liver, as a hypoglycemic agent and in cardiovascular health. Jones, Ken. The Anti-diabetic Activity of Aloe Vera.CINNAMON & DIABETICS
Cinnamon: Proven to help Diabetics People with diabetes may help keep their bodies healthy by simply adding a dash of cinnamon to their diet, new research reports. In a study conducted by the American Diabetics Association, diabetics who incorporated less than one-quarter teaspoon of cinnamon per day for 40 days into their normal diets experienced a decrease in levels of blood sugar, cholesterol and blood fats. The current findings suggest that a small amount of cinnamon can help protect diabetics from excess blood glucose and other potential complications of their condition, study author Dr. Richard A. Anderson of the Beltsville Human Nutrition Research Center in Maryland told Reuters Health. Anderson noted that cinnamon may also help hold off the onset of type 2 diabetes in people at risk of the condition. Anderson and his team found that cinnamon-takers experienced a drop in blood levels of glucose, fats and cholesterol by up to 30 percent. No change was seen in the people taking placebo capsules. Anderson explained that cinnamon contains compounds that help make insulin more efficient, improving the hormone's ability to bring glucose to the cells that need it. As an added bonus, cinnamon contains virtually no calories, Anderson said, allowing diabetics to add zest to their meals without adding to their waistlines. Previous research has shown that cinnamon appears to help fat cells recognize and respond to insulin. In test tube and in animal studies, the spice increased glucose metabolism by about 20 times.
